This site has been created for the saftey of our pets.
There has been several missing pets in the Whispering Pines neighborhood.
We now know who is responsible for our beloved pets demise.
The person who is causing pets and owers pain is no other than a Baytown Police officer.
This Lt. has admitted to having live trapped our pets and dumping them in the river. The man claims that his
job brings out the dark side of him. I am shocked that this man a police officer is behaving in such a manner.
The Lt. and his neighbor have both admitted to enjoying trapping the pets and dumping them. The trap is visible
from the street. The 2 men put food in the trap and lure our pets in and then they take them and leave the to die or dispose
of them in a cruel manner.
These pets are loved by their owner and have a right to live and be happy. Not live in fear in their own neighborhoods.
It is so very cruel to take a pet away from the only place it knows and leave it a strange place with no food and water or
shelter. Not only are the pets affected but the owner are heartbroken and worried sick about their pet. For some owner the
pets are like their children and are treated as such. When something bad happens is very stressful for the owner. This
behavior causes and emotional scar for both pet and owner.
It is a felony in the State of Texas to abuse an animal.
This is an officer of the law and he knows the laws but he has a utter disregard for the law he is sworn to uphold.
